Sarah Quyen Nguyen brings over 25 years of distinguished experience in brand development, manufacturing, and entrepreneurship. She has successfully launched numerous consumer goods brands and is deeply passionate about innovative product development.

Ms. Nguyen founded and currently leads a comprehensive brand and product development consultancy, guiding concepts from initial design through to full-scale production. Her expertise spans project management, team building, and sourcing manufacturing resources for both international and domestic markets, empowering companies to bring their visions to life with excellence.

At just 20 years old, Sarah relocated to New York City to pursue her dreams as a fashion designer. By 1990, she was appointed Creative Director of Girls’ Toys at JPI Inc., where she played a pivotal role in elevating Justin Products Inc. to industry prominence. She successfully launched the 6-inch Starr Modeling Agency doll line and created over 200 private label brands for major retailers worldwide. Her innovative approach included designing exclusive dolls tailored specifically to meet the diverse demographics of retailers ranging from AAFES to Toys R Us Global, always balancing retail partnerships with a focus on cost-conscious consumers.

In 1995, Sarah and her executive team contributed significantly to JPI’s acquisition by Jakks Pacific, Inc. As Jakks’ Director of Girls’ Toys, she expanded the division and developed one of the industry’s most successful private label holiday doll programs, generating approximately **$100 million** in retail sales over five years. Her leadership propelled the company's revenue from $10 million in 1996 to over $180 million in net sales by 1999, marking her as a driving force behind substantial growth.

In 2003, Sarah founded Chic Boutique Doll Design LLC, where she served as President. She grew the startup into an internationally recognized multi-brand enterprise, securing product placements across major global markets—including Canada, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, Australia, and New Zealand. Her portfolio includes private label brands for Toys R Us, Target, Kmart, Walmart, JC Penney, and Meijer, as well as innovating products like Noodle Head Pawparazzi Pets, and securing manufacturing for the Gwen Stefani Doll Line. She also served as President and launched Yue Sai Wa Wa dolls, created by Emmy Award-winning TV host and Forbes-ranked influential businesswoman Yuesai Kan.

Today, Ms. Nguyen continues to provide expert consulting and product development for companies worldwide. Her latest achievement includes successfully managing the launch of **Universal DreamWorks Spirit Riding Free** as Project Manager for Reeves International ([http://www.breyerhorses.com/spirit-home](http://www.breyerhorses.com/spirit-home)).

When not working, Sarah dedicates her time to her daughter, community service, and inspiring young minds to pursue their dreams. Her career is a remarkable testament to innovation, leadership, and a dedication to empowering others through product excellence and creative vision.
